Jobot is seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney with medical malpractice experience for a national firm in Florida. You will manage cases end-to-end, from discovery to trial, and work with a team to develop litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida bar in good standing, possess a JD, and have 2+ years of litigation experience with strong research and writing skills. Excellent client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active FL state bar in good standing.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice.
• Strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents.
• Proven courtroom representation and case management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal opinions.
• Represent clients in court, handle depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights.
