The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in litigation, substantive medical malpractice experience, and familiarity with Georgia procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Substantive medical malpractice litigation experience.
• Experience with Georgia state court procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Compassionate client communications and independent work style.
• Hybrid schedule after 90 days (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Manage medical malpractice cases throughout the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate with medical experts for reviews, disclosures and depositions.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records and other materials.
• Manage litigation deadlines, filings, and case calendars.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and team members.
• Assist with deposition preparation, mediation, and trial readiness.
