Job summary

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in Oklahoma City seeks Associate Attorneys to join its Medical Malpractice and General Liability practice groups. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience and is active in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar.

Prior insurance defense/medical malpractice defense experience is a plus but not required. Salary range is $120k-$150k with benefits. The firm offers a collaborative environment, mentorship from seasoned litigators, and opportunities to contribute to case

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Bar member in good standing.
• 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in medical malpractice or general liability.
• Prior experience in insurance defense/medical malpractice defense is a plus but not required.
• JD or better in Law.

Responsibilities

• Join the Medical Malpractice and General Liability practice groups in OKC.
• Participate in case strategy and development and interact with firm clients.
• Learn from experienced litigators and contribute to client service.
