The Oklahoma City office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Civil Litigation Practice Group.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys to work with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment while contributing to case strategy and development. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience with a focus on personal injury and/or medical malpractice preferred, and must be active in good standing with the Oklahoma

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active membership in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy and think creatively.
• Motivated to attend trial and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Counsel clients with consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare legal documents, and handle discovery responses.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and team members on defense strategies.
