• Ability to develop and execute defense litigation strategies and manage case responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients with updates and legal advice.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery responses.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on defense strategies.
