• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and manage litigation deadlines.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Working with experts to evaluate medical and liability issues.
• Researching and drafting substantive and dispositive motions.
• Appearing in court and preparing matters for trial or other resolution.
