The firm is actively seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys in New York and New Jersey at multiple seniority levels to join its established healthcare litigation practice. Open positions range from experienced mid-level associates (minimum 3rd year) to senior trial attorneys and partner-level attorneys with a proven track record of success. Candidates with portable books of business are highly encouraged to apply and will be considered for elevated partnership opportunities.

We are seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys to join our offices in Manhattan & Long Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar; New Jersey is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for medical malpractice defense.
• Bonus : Experience in general liability matters including slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
• Bonus : 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.
