Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate in Tampa, FL with 3+ years of litigation experience and a focus on medical malpractice or healthcare-liability defense. The role offers a path to advance sophisticated healthcare-defense matters and exposure to depositions, experts and trial preparation.

The firm provides a competitive compensation package ranging from six-figure salaries and quarterly bonuses, with an initial in-office integration period of about 90 days, followed by hybrid flexibility.

Formación

• Active Florida Bar admission.
• Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Medical malpractice or healthcare liability experience desirable.
• Strong deposition, discovery, writing and client-relations skills.
• Trial exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medical malpractice and healthcare-defense matters.
• Review medical records and develop case strategy.
• Draft motions, pleadings and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with medical experts and prepare witnesses.
• Attend hearings and mediations.
• Communicate with clients and insurers.
• Participate in trial preparation.
• Grow ownership of matters with experience.
