Responsibilities

• Co-manage complex medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Assist as second-chair trial counsel, including developing trial themes and strategy.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Perform case evaluation, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations.
• Retain and prepare medical experts and witnesses.
