The firm represents healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings and handles malpractice actions across multiple specialties.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California with 3–8 years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California
• 3–8 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
• Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Represent healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings; draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions; manage multiple matters concurrently.
