Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in Tampa, FL seeks an associate attorney to join our Medical Malpractice group. Our Medical Malpractice attorneys defend doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care providers and facilities.

You will take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and trials, perform legal research, and communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. A Florida Bar license and civil litigation experience are required; we offer a full benefits package and

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Prior civil litigation experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
