A respected litigation firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to join its growing Richmond, Virginia office. This is a new position created to support increased workflow within a busy healthcare litigation practice. Attorneys will handle substantive medical malpractice defense matters, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice, expert witness coordination, client interaction, and trial preparation.
Qualified candidates should have experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, healthcare litigation, workers' compensation, or other complex civil litigation matters. Medical malpractice experience is strongly preferred. Virginia licensure or the ability to obtain admission is required.
