Job summary

PRIDE Industries seeks a Medical Material Specialist II to support the Navy EXMED mission in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing, and inventory, using DMLSS or HIMS to accurately account for TOAs/AMALs.

Essential duties include training staff, conducting quality control, and maintaining documentation. Requires High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification and valid licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Ability to train employees in proper departmental practices and procedures.
• Must be able to understand, read, and write in English.
• Mathematical ability includes basic arithmetic.
• Proficiency with standard software and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in using DMLSS, HIMS, or other record systems for routine processes.
• Provide warehouse support: receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing, and inventory.
• Train workers in safe product use and procedures.
• Perform inventory control and adjust stock as directed.
• Research quality assurance messages and resolve discrepancies.
