Qualifications

• Experience maintaining records for government or military property.
• Ability to maintain hand receipts and property records accurately.
• Familiarity with Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hand receipts for medical and nonmedical equipment across hospital, clinics, and veterinary clinics.
• Maintain automated Property Records for property hand receipt holders.
• Enter all transactions into Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS).
• Process paperwork for adding/deleting items from the property book as accountability changes.
• Maintain document registers and master card files for non-standard numbers and compile monthly feeder data.
• Post stock record accounts, disposal losses, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
