Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Medical Materiel Specialist I to manage warehousing, inventory, and cargo preparation for medical materials, including DoD MMIS records. The role emphasizes QA, requisition, shipping, and secure handling of controlled items.

Responsibilities include oversight of the CB RN Enterprise, regular inventory audits, and coordination with COR and units. A background in medical logistics, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Logistical oversight and inventory management of the CB RN Enterprise to ensure precise SLEP/DMLSS statistics and communicate updates to affected units, AFMED, and NGB/SGX.
• Conduct monthly reviews and provide monthly reports to the COR on SLEP and DMLSS inventory records for accuracy and program compliance.
• Contractor also functions as Logical SLEP coordinator.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track and document the usage of medical materials and assist in the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
