Job summary

Goddard Riverside Community Center in Manhattan is seeking a role to coordinate and support the work of its medical and psychiatric providers, delivering integrated care to clients served by the Downtown team in lower Manhattan.

The successful candidate will schedule and align clinical activities, collaborate with community partners, and contribute to a holistic approach for adults, families, and youth in a busy urban setting.

Organization Overview

The Goddard Riverside Community Center (Goddard Riverside) and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. Program Description

Goddard is a partner within the Manhattan Outreach Consortium (MOC) a borough-wide initiative to serve the unsheltered community. The Downtown team serves lower Manhattan and collaborates with various community partners and healthcare agencies throughout Manhattan. The catchment area includes 23rd St and below, river to river.

To coordinate and support the activities of the team’s medical and psychiatric providers to deliver integrated care

Schedule

Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary

$41,914.60
