Program Description: Goddard is a partner within the Manhattan Outreach Consortium (MOC)a borough-wide initiative to serve the unsheltered community.The Downtown team serves lower Manhattan and collaborates with various community partners and healthcare agencies throughout Manhattan. The catchment area includes 23rd St and below, river to river.
Purpose of Position:To coordinate and support the activities of the team’s medical and psychiatric providers to deliver integrated care
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: $41,914.60
