Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian for Summer Creek Animal Clinic in Fort Worth, TX. You will mentor associate veterinarians, drive clinical quality, and steer hospital performance in partnership with the Practice Manager.

You will champion growth, lead monthly medical meetings, supervise externships, and serve as an ambassador for the hospital in the community. A DVM license and 2+ years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and valid state license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mindset and collaborative approach.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Understanding of hospital financials and operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Enthusiasm for a growth‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities
