Qualifications

• DVM degree and state license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of practical clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor all associate veterinarians with regular performance discussions.
• Model medical excellence while practicing as an associate veterinarian.
• Help develop the annual operating plan and manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings, supervise externship and mentorship programs.
• Serve as an ambassador for the hospital within the community.
