Responsibilities

• Participate in shift coverage (evening/night/on-call).
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform analyses (serology, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis) as needed.
• Process specimens and prepare reagents for testing and shipment.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments; ensure QC practices are followed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and comply with safety regulations.
