We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join our night shift team. This position offers 10-hour shifts from 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
Laboratory performs testing including chemistry testing, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and toxicology screens.
Performs specimen processing and routine / complex testing on blood and other specimens which requires a knowledge and understanding of quality control, basic instrument maintenance, and procedure methodologies and reference ranges. Maintains appropriate documentation of all activities as required. Demonstrates good laboratory practice May also coordinate the activities of the lab.
