Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in MLT, ASCP/AMT certification, and a proven track record of high-speed, accurate testing using LIS and automated analyzers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related science required.
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent MLT certification required.
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-to-high complexity routine and specialized lab tests.
• Process and prepare blood, tissue, and fluid samples.
• Ensure daily quality controls and calibration of equipment.
• Analyze data and verify results before entry into LIS.
• Maintain high throughput while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve equipment or specimen issues quickly.
