Qualifications

• Perform manual and automated test procedures.
• Report laboratory results accurately, including special calculations and critical values.
• Associate degree or CLIA-qualified MLT/CLT.
• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred; minimum 1 year lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated test procedures.
• Accurately report laboratory results, including special calculations and critical values.
• Work across chemistry, hematology, and microbiology as needed.
• Answer inquiries regarding tests, methodology, and test sensitivity/specificity.
• Evaluate and solve problems with specimen collection and processing.
• Respond to stats and priority tests to support patient care.
