Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens following established laboratory protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.
• Record and report test results to physicians and healthcare providers promptly.
• Maintain laboratory safety by adhering to OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations.
