White Rock Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform routine and specialized tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments while ensuring quality control and HIPAA-compliant patient records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Associate’s degree in medical laboratory technology.
• Certification as an MLT (ASCP/AMT or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens following established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of results through quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
