Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• 1+ years clinical lab experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and analytical procedures accurately per hospital procedures and standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and reporting of results.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with safety policies.
• Assist in training staff and support education for clinical personnel.
• Perform pre- and post-analytical duties including equipment upkeep and documentation.
