Job Title: Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank)

Shift: Morning/ Afternoons (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), 40 hrs./week

Responsibilities

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an experienced MT/MLT to support a very high-volume laboratory performing over 6,000 tests per day. This role is based in a Level III trauma center and focuses primarily on Blood Bank/Transfusion and Hematology work. The MT/MLT will perform Type & Crossmatch, complex antibody panels, antigen testing, DAT, fetal screens, cord blood evaluations, and transfusion reaction investigations. The position requires working the afternoon shift (14:30–23:00) with a required rotation of two weekends per month and holiday coverage as needed.
