Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, is seeking an Evening shift Medical Laboratory Technician to join a high-volume clinical laboratory. You will perform chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology tests, report results per protocol, and alert clinicians to abnormal findings.

The role requires maintaining quality control, accurate documentation, and keeping instruments calibrated and sterile.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in medical laboratory technology or equivalent.
• CLT/CLS, MLS, or MLT state/certified credentials as applicable.

Job Summary And Qualifications

• Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology.
• Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or nurses about abnormal results.
• Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree
• (CLT/CLS) Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist, or (MLT-State) Medical Lab Technician - State, or (MLS) Medical Laboratory Scientist, or (MLT) Medical Laboratory Technician
