The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position is $36.05 for up to 40 hours a week, comprising a base hourly rate of $30.96 plus $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including specified holidays, paid leave, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. Unused vacation will be paid upon termination.

Sunday – Saturday with 8–10 hour shifts between the hours of 00:01 and 24:00. Shifts are normally scheduled for a 9‑hour period, to include an uncompensated 60‑minute lunch break. Normal shifts are Monday to Friday. The Medical Laboratory Technician may be asked to provide patient care on weekends. In no instance will they be required to provide services exceeding 40 scheduled hours per week.
