Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking an experienced General Lab Supervisor for a permanent, direct-hire role at a leading healthcare facility in South-Central Pennsylvania. You will oversee the General Lab operations and ensure regulatory compliance and high quality standards.

You will lead a team of lab technicians, manage staffing, implement QA/QC procedures, train staff on lab procedures and safety, and participate in strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• ASCP certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical lab, with general lab experience.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lab operations and regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, CAP).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
