Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with MLT certification.
• Certification or eligibility for certification from an accredited institution.
• Military experience in medical laboratory roles welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Managing specimens, confirming identification, and using accession procedures.
• Recognizing and resolving discrepancies on patient orders.
• Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Replenishing reagents and supplies following reporting procedures.
• Accessing multiple computer applications and assisting in training staff.
• Participating in ongoing education and maintaining competency through exams.
