Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Medical Laboratory Scientist/MLT for a 06+ month contract onsite in Wray, CO. The role requires ASCP certification and MLT/MLS credentials, with skills in general lab testing and phlebotomy, including ABG draws. Travel and shared call coverage are expected.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $42–46 and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid sick leave, depending on location.

Competenze

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general laboratory testing and specimen processing.
• Collect blood specimens through phlebotomy.
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws.
• Process and handle specimens accurately according to laboratory procedures.
• Perform testing while following established quality-control and safety standards.
• Document laboratory results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate critical or abnormal results according to facility protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Participate in shared night and weekend call coverage.
• Follow hospital, laboratory, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• ASCP certification required
• Must be certified as an MLT or MLS
