Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist for the ER LAB at Lone Peak Hospital in Herriman. The successful candidate must hold ASCP MLS certification (MLS/CLS/MT) and a full license (not an associate). Start date ASAP. The role involves Point of Care Testing and clerical support for FSED operations.

Preference for knowledge of Point of Care procedures; compensation details align with Medasource policies and benefits are provided. 26 weeks may be available if desired.

Qualifications

• MLS certification through ASCP or equivalent (MLS/CLS/MT) required.
• Must have full license, not an associate.
• Point of care knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• POC testing on unit(s).

Start Date-ASAP. Cost Center – 796. Unit – ER LAB FSED. Position – Med Tech for Point of Care Testing; Willing Perform Clerical duties as assigned by Nursing and Lab Director in support of FSED operations. MUST HAVE FULL LICENSE NOT ASSOCIATES. Can offer 26 weeks if candidate is interested.
