Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II (CLIA testing personnel) to join our lab team.

Under general supervision, you will perform waived and non-waived testing, ensure accurate results, maintain records, and support quality control, training, and inventory management. The position is on-site at 1153 Centre Street, Boston, MA with a night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
• ASCP board certification required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with CLIA-regulated testing environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived laboratory testing as defined by CLIA.
• Ensure accurate test results and proper documentation.
• Oversee quality control, staff training, and inventory management.
• Maintain proficiency and comply with SOPs and regulations.
