Promedica Bay Park Community Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform complex lab tests essential for diagnosing, treating, and preventing medical conditions. You will evaluate specimens, interpret results, and communicate findings clearly to health care teams to guide patient care.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology, or equivalent with ASCP MLS eligibility and certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• ASCP MLS eligibility with certification within one year of hire.
• Alternate qualification route for Testing Personnel for High Complexity Testing.
