Job summary

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology, or equivalent with ASCP MLS eligibility and certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• ASCP MLS eligibility with certification within one year of hire.
• Alternate qualification route for Testing Personnel for High Complexity Testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex lab tests essential for diagnosing conditions.
• Evaluate specimens and interpret test results for clinical teams.
• Provide interpretation and answer questions on results.
• Serve as a liaison between the lab and health care teams.
