Job summary

CTI seeks a Medical Laboratory Technologist for a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform moderate to high complexity testing per CLIA, document properly, and ensure CAP/CLIA compliance while reporting results through LIMS.

Maintain quality controls and support inspections. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a science/health field, ASCP certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology).
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing per CLIA and lab procedures.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with CAP/CLIA; participate in proficiency testing.
• Operate lab equipment and perform quality controls; maintain records of test results.
• Utilize laboratory software systems (LIMS) for accurate reporting.
• Identify issues affecting test performance and communicate with management.
