Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology related field required, or equivalent education meeting CLIA requirements.
• Certification: MLT certification required within six months of hire by ASCP/AMT or equivalent.
• May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor laboratory testing of patient specimens.
• Confirm, interpret, and report normal and abnormal results.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and instrument maintenance.
• Recognize and resolve technical or instrument-related problems.
