Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist to serve as a Generalist, demonstrating full competency across laboratory departments and procedures for a variety of ages. The role involves performing and reporting analyses of multiple specimen sources, assisting with laboratory quality projects, and participating in operational activities to maintain and enhance testing capabilities.

Schedule and Experience Requirements

The schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off, primarily Wednesday through Monday from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, including rotating holidays. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.

Educational and Certification Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited Medical Technology (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) program
• Bachelor's degree in biological, chemical, or clinical laboratory science with ASCP certification
• ASCP certification
• CPR certification required
