Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution.
• Completion of ASCP/NAACLS-accredited Medical Technology/MLS program, or relevant certification.
• Experience or certification in laboratory analysis and instrumentation.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and stay current in the field.

Responsibilities

• Performing and reporting various laboratory analyses from multiple specimen sources.
• Ensuring accurate specimen handling, identification, and accessioning.
• Maintaining instrument functionality through troubleshooting, calibration, and quality control.
• Replenishing supplies and following reporting and documentation protocols.
