Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or an associate degree with certification in laboratory science.
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform laboratory procedures, troubleshoot instruments, and follow safety protocols.
• Competency exams required for ongoing performance validation.
