Reporting to the General Laboratory Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing high-quality customer service and ensuring the highest standards of care. Performs a wide range of procedures, including high-complexity tests in at least three laboratory sections, with one section being blood bank/transfusion services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience after Clinical Lab Scientist licensure as a Generalist or Microbiologist.

Base pay range: $49.40 - $76.68, with additional compensation possible through shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, etc.
