Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician for a state-of-the-art laboratory team. You will perform specimen handling, accessioning, analysis, and reporting to support high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and reagent replenishment, plus cross-platform reporting. You’ll train new staff and engage in ongoing education while meeting productivity expectations in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MLS certification or experience in medical laboratory science or related field.
• Associate degree with certification as Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).

• Handle and analyze specimens, ensuring proper identification and suitability.
• Maintain instruments, perform QC, and replenish reagents.
• Follow reporting procedures across multiple platforms and systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree with certification or experience in medical laboratory science or a related field, or an associate degree with certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
