Job summary

aoncology is seeking a laboratory technician to perform manual and automated blood tests, specimen preparation, and QC in a multi-site cancer care environment. You will operate centrifuges, hematology analyzers, and point-of-care devices.

The role emphasizes compliance with safety and privacy regulations, documentation, and equipment maintenance. Typical hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with less than 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a lab setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lab software.
• Ability to work remotely effectively as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and routine laboratory testing.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Document all logs and troubleshoot instrument issues.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
