The Medical Laboratory Technician provides comprehensive laboratory testing across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases, including slide preparation.

Position is part-time and on-site in Westerville, OH, with shifts 7am-3:30pm and 11am-9:30pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements include ASCP or equivalent certification and A.A.S in Medical Laboratory Technology. Join a team dedicated to quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology related to laboratory medicine.
• Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and testing for quality control, calibration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate and highly complex laboratory testing.
• Conduct testing in hematology, microbiology, molecular, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis.
• Follow policies established by Laboratory Director and Management.
• Perform calibration and quality control checks on instrumentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
