Works well by themselves in a fast paced setting; perform technical laboratory procedures (patient testing, QC, analyzer maintenance, analyze statistical data, troubleshoot (a must) and report results to be used for prediction and diagnosis of disease and provision of quality patient care; be able to perform all aspects of laboratory - mostly waived testing and microscopic analysis; be able to provide appropriate care for all ages by following established technical protocols, use appropriate instrumentation and report and interpret results based on normal ranges.
