Axia Women's Health is recruiting a Medical Lab Technologist for our Physician Owned Lab in Carmel, Indiana. The role supports comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology testing with molecular options, under the Axia network.

You will perform analyses, operate instruments, document QC, and collaborate with the care team to deliver accurate results. The position offers full-time hours and benefits with a community-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• ASCP MLT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Performs hematologic, immunologic, and chemical analyses per quality standards.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains instruments within scope of practice.
• Documents quality control and preventive maintenance.
• Prepares solutions and reagents for testing.
• Identifies problems and documents corrective actions per protocol.
• Evaluates data for accuracy and validity.
• Reports results via LIS, paper, or fax.
• Maintains equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Contributes to a positive team environment.
• Handles customer interactions with flexibility and responsiveness.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
