Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory analyses within the Blood Bank and general lab settings.

The role entails ensuring procedural and systems controls are maintained and providing physicians with accurate analytical results essential for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited institution.
• Associates degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution.
• Equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined by CLIA.

The Medical Lab Technologist will:

• Provide Physicians with accurate and reliable analytical results necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Requirements:

• ASCP strongly preferred.
• Must meet one of the following:

• Bachelors degree in a chemical, physical, biological or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited institution
• Associates degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution
• Equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined by CLIA

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full‑time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
