Job summary

Saint Peter’s Healthcare System is seeking a lab professional to perform routine and complex analyses in the Blood Bank. The role ensures procedural and systems controls are followed, delivering accurate results to physicians for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Minimum education includes a bachelor's or associate degree in laboratory science, CLIA-compliant training, and ASCP certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required.
• Associate's degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) required.
• Equivalent laboratory training meeting CLIA requirements; ASCP certification preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range: 45.00 - 45.00 USD per hour (per diem). Base rates determined by job‑related work experience, internal equity, and industry‑specific market data. Some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
