Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Medical Lab Technologist to join the Issaquah, WA team. Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 9:30PM–8:00AM, including rotating holidays. You will perform routine and complex procedures, monitor equipment, and ensure accurate results to support patient care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or Medical Technology and ASCP/AMT certification. This full-time role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
• Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
• Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
• Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
• Perform and document preventative maintenance and quality control procedures
• Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
• Assist with processing of specimens when needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

LabCorp is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team in Issaquah, WA. Work Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 9:30PM- 8:00AM including rotating holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Medical Technology

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.

Pay Range: $34.25 - $52.14 per hour Plus 3RD shift differential

• Accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays)
